had decently symmetrical, small round Ish boobs after breast-feeding multiple children. 205cc implant smooth round low profile. post op I was informed there was a problem with my anatomy. My muscles were "fused together". said he had to over cut/dissect trying to find a place for pocket. just not a natural separation between pectoral major &minor muscle. No massages for extra sutures he had to place. Wait/watch. Is my natural breast tissue gone? Hexagon shape forever? Will they be symmetrical

Answer: Decision after augmentation There is always solution to correct current problem; placement into new pocket would solve the problem. In person consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon, a second opinion, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: The Best Option For You! HelloAlthough the breast tissue is thin and somewhat unclear, if there is a desire to go under the muscle, it is possible to easily enter beneath the pectoral muscle and create a space of the desired size and roundness. If there are bands affecting the roundness in the created space, they can be identified and released during the surgery. However, I believe the issue is not only with the position and shape of the created space, but also with placing breast implants in breasts that have sagging, without performing a breast lift. The fact that your nipples are still positioned lower after the surgery indicates this.
