I currently have under the muscle Celine ultra high profile, and I do love them and love the look of them, but I have looked through some inspiration pics recently, and I have seems to be liking over the muscle implants that are like really round and higher up on the chest, my question is what switching to over the muscle Bhow to achieve that look or would I need to change to silicone? Thank you in advance!

Answer: Wanting rounder look I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss what type of look you are wanting. You can take along photos to help. Your surgeon can let you know based on your anatomy if the wish look is possible and if so, how to achieve it. Moving the implants may give you a rounder look but may result in other effects that are less desirable.

Answer: Consider fat transfers Moving implants in front of the muscle can give you a rounder appearance but not necessarily higher. The weight of the breasts are only held by skin envelope and the breasts may descend. You may want to consider fat transfers to the upper poles of the breasts, if you want additional upper pole fullness. This is easier to do and less costly. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
