I'm 5’6, 110 pounds, small frame, small breast cage. I’m going to say my cup size right now is a B cup. Measuring between both nipples 7.5inch. I’m looking to get saline breast implants but I can’t seem to decide on a size. I’m looking to be a D, I do not want a settle/small change, I would like a noticeable change. I have attached my photo, and the inspiration pics of what I’m looking for. I’m looking around 270-300cc which I believe will achieve the look I want. Is that reasonable?

Answer: Achieving a D cup Be sure your plastic surgeon does dimensional measurements of your breasts so you understand what your breast envelope will naturally accommodate. Approximately 250cc of additional volume will increase your breasts a cup size. Therefore, 300cc, 325cc or 350cc will move you up to the cup size you seek. You need to decide if you wish to lean to the more conservative volume increase or choose a fuller look. Best wishes.

Answer: Don't play guessing games It's bad enough when a patient asks the surgeon to guess what size implant is required to get a specific bra size or match a 'goal photo'. It's worse on Realself. The only safe way to select the right implant for you is either 3D morphing photography, or better, in office sizing. Sizing is real time and really you. This eliminates guessing on the part of the surgeon (one quarter of revision breast augmentations are for size change), and financial and emotional stress on the patient. Even if you get the cup size you want, you may still be dissatisfied. Goal photos and cup sizes are irrelevant. So is input from friends and family; to be honest, they don't know what they are talking about. Go find a great surgeon who uses morphing technology or sizing to select your implants.
