Would a Brazilian butt lift or other procedure restore optimal shape to buttocks? (Photos)

I am 54 year old woman who gained and lost 50 pounds. I developed a fat pocket on the lower center of my butt and dimpling. Would a BBL or other procedure(s) get rid of the fat deposit and restore a natural rounded more smooth shape?

Hello! You can undergo a BBL. This will help in achieving a globular fuller & well contoured buttocks. However, you need treatment for cellulite as well. Without removing cellulite the results of smooth contoured cannot be promised. Also BBL will help to fill the lateral hip dips, that will again enhance shape and contour.

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this single view photo, you have two issues going on. One is that you lost a feminine buttock shape and second that you have cellulite of the lower central and lateral buttocks. Anyone who promises you that this is correctable with a BBL, does not understand the anatomy and the fibrous bands restrictions. I personally would treat the cellulite with the Goldincision technique by releasing these deep bands and placement of biostimulators into the treated areas. Once softness and release is accomplished (might take at least two treatments), then a BBL can be done. The Goldincision is done awake as an in office procedure under local anesthesia only. The BBL surgery I do under intravenous sedation in our office surgery suite. See a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in advanced body sculpting for an in person consultation/evaluation. Remember, to get a good result, one needs to diagnose the problem correctly first and not just promise a procedure that is not able to correct the problem in one step. Good luck.
