I am 5’1 and 115 lbs, Candidate for bbl?

I am 5’1 and 115 lbs , I have had a bbl done by a plastic surgeon many years ago and I honestly believe I was one of his first ones .. after my procedure I was never encouraged to constantly wear the compression garments nor even have a single lymphatic massage, and I did not quit smoking, so no wonder why it didn’t stick , I’ve lost quite a bit of weight via Tirzepatide, I’m wondering if at my new weight and having that done before if I would make a good candidate again for round 2? I’ve DC’d the tirzepatide and managed to gain 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Really hoping that there is a possibility to get enough fat off my body for this.
