Thank you for your question and photos. As a Total Definer plastic surgeon, I specialize in VASER Hi Def (VHD) liposuction. this is an advanced technique which most surgeons are not proficient at it. You do have enough fat for a "skinny" BBL. You need widening of the buttocks more than creating posterior projection to balance your lower body with your wide shoulders. Thank you for the question. You are a slim lady, and although you will have enough for a "skinny" bbl, it all depends on your expectations and aesthetic goals. Also, you should not undergo aggressive liposuction in order to avoid loose skin.
