BBL - will I also need a tummy tuck to prevent loose skin? (Photos)

I am 46, no children and have had consultations regarding getting a BBL only, no tummy tuck, but now I am worried about loose skin after. I don’t have any hanging skin now but I did lose about 50lbs over the past 4 years. Will I have the loose skin after and need a tummy tuck too? I am currently 155lbs

Based on these photos it is very likely that liposuction, as a part of BBL, would be sufficient? You should let at least 6 months for skin to tighten and redrape and only if there is sagging skin left, you should consider small TT. You don't have enough skin to be able to perform a tummy tuck, and the amount of skin lax that you have should be able to re-drape after your BBL because your overall skin quality from not having children is good so it would be my expectation that your skin would be fine after having a BBL. In the remote chance that you did have some access skin, it would most likely be at the very bottom of your abdomen and a small little mini tummy tuck could help with that after a BBL.
