I'm looking to get a BBL and have been looking for after photos of people that achieved the shape I'm looking for but have yet to find any. It seems that most get BBLS that give them a very round shape. Is it possible to add fat into the lower hips or "saddle bags" to get more of a heart shape? Or does it mostly depend on the shape of your hips that you naturally have? Photo of me and wish pic attached. Thank you!
Answer: Is it possible to add fat to "saddle bags" during BBL to get an upside down heart shape? Hello @len118, thank you for your question. I believe it is important to keep in mind that BBL, which in my opinion is best performed through a liposculture procedure, enhances the contours of the body. It also improves proportionality across the body. However does not alter bone structure. In order to improve proportion, it is possible to remove fat accumulations that do not correspond with the symmetry of the body. Thanks to the latest surgical techniques and technologies, we can achieve an outstanding result. Having an adequate gluteal projection and an appropriate relationship with hip and waist. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Liposuction and BBL candidate Thank you for your question. I would love to see from picture also to provide a better medical observation, but based on your back picture you appear to be good candidate for this procedure with lateral, waist and back liposuction Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Selective augmentation of buttock and hips with fat transfer Decision about which areas of the hips, thighs and buttock to augment with fat grafts is based on patient/surgeon communication as well as individual beauty standards. You are right that most postoperative patient buttocks may look like mellons, but it may be shape that these patients and their surgeons like? Look more and very carefully select your surgeon, discuss your goals clearly. Good luck.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear len118, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Is it possible to add fat to "saddle bags" during BBL to get an upside down heart shape? Great posted photo. Yes the BBL usually includes "hip dips" having fat grafted to that area. In Florida must use ultrasound guided fat injections. Fee $6,000. Best to virtual consult with...
