Want tummy tuck, liposuction 360 and breast lift with augmentation (saline or ideal implants), maybe BBL?! (photos)

Hi,Thank you for your question and helpful photos. You do not require breast implants. You are an ideal candidate for The Horndeski Method/Bellesoma Method breast lift. You have enough breast tissue to create full/perky breasts without the risks/complications and maintenance associated with breast implants. If you desire the best outcome possible, it is best to undergo the breast lift before the TT. The breast lift will need a loose upper abdomen for maximum lift. Once a TT is performed, the upper abdomen is too tight to bring 'the girls' as high as desired. You're in great shape. I think once your TT is done, you won't need liposuction. I think that a tummy tuck with liposuction of the sides, back, and bra rolls with fat transfer to the buttocks along with breast augmentation and lift would produce the best result.

You appear to be a candidate for a full tummy tuck and breast lift +/- augmentation surgery. The abdominal skin excision and muscle tightening could give you an excellent contour as well as improve the tone of the anterior abdominal wall.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination to discuss the specific details of the procedures. I would suggest that you consider breast lift and tummy tuck with flank liposuction and allow at least 6 weeks of healing before undergoing augmentation. This allows you the opportunity to see if you like your new breast appearance with the breasts in a higher and tighter position as well as choose an implant size that best suits your new look. Another benefit of waiting for augmentation after breast lift is it allows for healing without additional tension on the incisions. Breast lift, tummy tuck, and flank liposuction may give you the appearance you desire without additional procedures. Combining these procedures is not uncommon, but will make your recovery more difficult.  If you have someone to help care for your kids, a combination procedure might be a good option for you.  At your consultation the merits of separate and combined procedures should be discussed.

great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast lift can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts. Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

You might consider liposuction of the abdomen, BBL and tummy tuck in one operation.  This can be done with one operation with the patient face up for the first part of the surgery to retrieve the fat from the lower abdomen which will be discarded as well as the flank area.  Then the patient is turned face down to do the fat injection into the buttock area.  After this, the patient would be turned up for the TT.  Trying to perform a breast surgery after that would in my mind too much surgery for one setting.  The breast lift can be done as a separate procedure.

Thanks for this question.I think that's it's safer for you to have your breast surgery and TT first and then go to other areas. As you mentioned this will mean two recovery periods, but safety should always come first.One issue worth thinking about though is that it looks like you don't have that much fat for a BBL. It's a shame to waste the fat from the abdomen. It's a point worth discussing with your surgeon.All the best.

You are a good candidate for a tummy tuck, liposuction fat transfer to the buttock and breast augmentation.  It is a lot of surgery, but there are advantages of a single recovery.

See a Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in safely doing multiple procedures at once.

Hi there. It's best to have the bbl with lipo first then follow in 6 weeks with the TT and breast lift. Two sessions may be preferable from a recovery standpoint. Good luck DrBurnett#realself100
