Or is different botox or different placement is used for wrinkles than from migraine treatment. Also does bruxism botox helps give a v line jaw as well? Was just curious. Thanks
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Botox Botox used for migraines is the same Botox used for cosmetic reasons. The difference comes in the placement and dose used. Botox is often used to slim the jawline through injection into the masseter muscles. See an experienced injector to learn more.

Answer: It all depends on placement of Botox Botox is a form of botulinum toxin, a powerful neurotoxin that offers a variety of benefits. Botox and migraines used in injections have been purified and are used in tiny doses. It works by weakening or paralyzing the injected muscles by preventing nerve signals from reaching them. Botox is best known for its ability to smooth skin wrinkles and lines and is mainly known for its aesthetic indications, but it’s also used to treat a variety of other health conditions. For wrinkle prevention, they are usually injected into facial muscles, but for migraine prevention or treatments, Botox needs to be injected in the scalp and neck muscles.

Answer: Botox for Migrainie and Bruxism Thanks asking. Botox for Migraine injected at specific points in the forehead and glabella (frown area) helps with the wrinkle reduction as well. Botox done for bruxism reduced the bulk of masseter by relaxing it so indirectly slims down the face slighlty. Botox is a very effective treatment for Migraine and Bruxism which can give added benefit of improving the wrinkles in those particular areas. Hope this helps.
