I have a slightly lazy eyelid when I'm tired/had a drink. I booked a botox appt but after reading online that lazy eyelid is a side effect of Botox I'm scared me getting Botox will make it worse. Just to clarify I'm not having Botox to treat the lazy eyelid, it's for my forehead and between my eyebrows. Will Botox make it look worse?
Answer: Botox to improve your "lazy eye" The corrugator supercilii muscle, is a strong muscle that extends from the bone near the top of the nose to the underside of the skin just above the mid portion of the eyebrow (glabella). Depending on how deep your lines are, and how much movement you would like, our MD and RN Aesthetic Injectors can give you a subtle, natural look without over treating and 'freezing' muscles if you do not prefer this. We highly recommend an in depth consultation with our Master Injectors to explain to you the recommendation of units in each area.

Answer: Botox - Bella Medspa-Philadelphia Botox injections around or under the eyes can actually be used to treat lazy eye. In rare cases, Botox that has migrated can cause the eyelid to droop. This side effect usually wears off in a couple of weeks, or can be treated immediately with more Botox to lift the eyelid.
