Will HIFU, Botox and LED help give me tighter, plumped and glowing skin?

I am interested in HIFU for face and neck as well as botox and some filler. And I have read about about LED for the face. My aim is to have a tighter, plumped and glowing skin. If I want to have those procedures, what is the order and time gap between them? Many thanks.

Hello and thank you for your question. HIFU, the technology used in the Ultherapy device, is a highly effective way of tightening skin. This treatment works deep into the connective tissue to cause constriction and boost collagen levels. Results improve over time, with smoother, firmer skin.

Botox is a neuromodulator that is injected into facial muscles to smooth away some types of wrinkles. If you have lines around the forehead and eyes, this could be a good choice for you. Wrinkles in the lower face are typically a result of collagen loss and respond better to fillers. Ultherapy will also help address aging symptoms in the lower face as collagen levels increase.

Light therapy is good, but rather weak and slow to see a result. There are laser devices that would likely do a better job of rejuvenating the skin. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist for further assessment and a customized treatment plan.

HIFU is an effective method of skin tightening. The procedure delivers ultrasound energy deep into the dermal and connective tissue, where it results in constriction and increased collagen production. Ultrasound imaging is used to direct the energy to the precise locations where it will provide the greatest improvement. Ultherapy is a type of microfocused ultrasound device for this purpose. Botox smooths away wrinkles around the forehead and eyes, while dermal fillers reduce lines and restore volume in the mid and lower face. I would probably recommend a different treatment for skin rejuvenation, such as a fractional laser like Clear and Brilliant or Fraxel, or RF microneedling.
