Had Botox 3 days ago, want to start an acne treatment gel that has Clindamycin Phosphate 1% Niacinamide 4%. When can I start?

You should be fine to start your acne treatment having had the Botox three days ago.  There should be limited interaction.  You should however, consult with the doctor who did your injections.

The topical antibiotic will not affect the results of your Botox injections.  You can start using the Clindamycin immediately.  Botox is injected into the muscles that create facial expressions.
