Some patients report that tightness that you mentioned.  It generally will resolve over 2-3 weeks.  Botox results last 3-4 months and decrease gradually during that time.

Botox typically lasts for 3-4 months in most patients.  The effects of Botox will gradually wear off.  There is no way to remove, or dissolve Botox.  I do find that patients often feel different after their first time getting Botox, possibly feeling tight or heavy in certain treated areas. Almost always, this sensation fades within a few weeks and does not recur with repeated injections. I also always recommend speaking with the doctor who injected you with any questions or concerns.All the best,
