How long for Botox effects to dissipate? I got 30 units in my forehead and between eyes 11 days ago.

Some patients report that tightness that you mentioned.  It generally will resolve over 2-3 weeks.  Botox results last 3-4 months and decrease gradually during that time.

Botox typically lasts for 3-4 months in most patients.  The effects of Botox will gradually wear off.  There is no way to remove, or dissolve Botox.  I do find that patients often feel different after their first time getting Botox, possibly feeling tight or heavy in certain treated areas. Almost always, this sensation fades within a few weeks and does not recur with repeated injections. I also always recommend speaking with the doctor who injected you with any questions or concerns.All the best,

Thank you for your question. The feeling of tighntess you described is common after Botox. You can expect Botox to start wearing off in about 2-3 months. 

The effects of Botox lasts three to four months after injection, in some cases up to six months , rarely beyond that.

It can take up to 2 weeks for final results with Botox and they will gradually resolve in 3-4 months. Hope this helps.
