I recently had a 40cc epigastric seroma aspirated (11 days postop) after diastasis repair/mini TT. Any chance it won't return?

I have read that they return often, and I'm hoping one aspiration will do the trick. I am very active and so unhappy I can't exercise. Also, I've been diligent about my abdominal binding and will continue to do so for the full 6-8 weeks. I feel like this is the worst decision I've ever made. Below are some pics before draining the seroma.
