I think both devices can work well, but in my experience bodytite can work better in areas where the skin and fat are thicker. The settings can be turned up high without burning the skin in those areas. If you were my patient, I would use bodytite in the area you showed in the photo. Probably...
I have done procedures like this, often combined with breast augmentation, but used Bodytite instead of Renuvion. I'm sure Renuvion can be helpful too, to get a mild lifting effect on the breast. Lying down won't impact the procedure in any way.
