You can get improvement with minimally invasive skin tightening techniques like Renuvion. You will get your tightest abdomen with a full tuck. The mini tuck does not address the upper abdomen. You can also have a mini tuck for the lower abdomen and skin tightening on the upper.

A mini tummy tuck will not address the loose skin above the belly button. A mini tummy tuck does not mean a mini incision. In your case, since the skin looseness goes out laterally, you will need a long incision. As a Total Definer surgeon, I would recommend a full abdominoplasty with a low pubic bone level incision, possible with muscle tightening as well. That is determined through a physical evaluation.
