What are my options to improve my wrinkled tummy? (Photo)

Hi, I am very uncomfortable with my stomach. When I'm standing up straight it doesn't look so bad but when I bend over I have a stomach of a 90 year old woman , im 44. What are my options here, will j-plasma work or do I need a mini tummy tuck? Whats the best treatment? And how much will it cost? I'm 5'6, I weight 105 pound. I

From the submitted photos the best option would be a standard tummy tuck.  This would remove the excess skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy.  It appears you have too much skin laxity to achieve good results with J Plasma alone.

To correct a wrinkled tummy like yours I would definitely suggest a full tummy tuck. Do not spend your money on other treatment options, you will only be upset. If done correctly, an abdominoplasty scar will heal perfectly and leave minimal scar, and it can be managed with anti-scar treatments. Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you do have loose skin above the belly button as well. Renuvion will not correct this adequately to give you a pleasing result. A mini tummy tuck will not address the loose skin above the belly button. A mini tummy tuck does not mean a mini incision. In your case, since the skin looseness goes out laterally, you will need a long incision. As a Total Definer surgeon, I would recommend a full abdominoplasty with a low pubic bone level incision, possible with muscle tightening as well. That is determined through a physical evaluation. I use the Renuvion often in my practice, but it is not appropriate in your case. You can get improvement with minimally invasive skin tightening techniques like Renuvion. You will get your tightest abdomen with a full tuck. The mini tuck does not address the upper abdomen. You can also have a mini tuck for the lower abdomen and skin tightening on the upper.

Based on your post photos, you have skin wrinkling, no fat. In my opinion, you need what is called a skin only tummy tuck which is a complete tummy tuck to remove the wrinkled skin between the belly button and the pubes and the belly button and the ribs.
