I’m a 50 y.o. active female. I don’t think my problem is cellulite - when I pull the loose skin up it’s smooth, so I think I just need to address the loose skin on my thighs and butt (due to age and years of sun damage). Would Renuvion or BodyTite (or other procedure) be best for me? Thank you for your guidance! : )

I have done procedures like this, often combined with breast augmentation, but used Bodytite instead of Renuvion. I'm sure Renuvion can be helpful too, to get a mild lifting effect on the breast. Lying down won't impact the procedure in any way.
Yes, the first is using heat to help tighten your skin, and the second is a limited scar arm tuck for the upper portion of your upper arms. This is done to avoid the long scar of the full arm tuck.
From the submitted photos the best option would be a standard tummy tuck. This would remove the excess skin and correct abdominal wall laxity. The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy. It appears you have too much skin laxity to achieve good results with J Plasma alone.
