Best procedure to tighten under chin sag? (Photo)

Question

28 year old female- I have a bit of a double chin and I am wanting to tighten it up and have a more defined under chin area. I’m not sure if a non surgical neck lift, Morpheus, mini neck lift, sono bello etc would be best. I’m not sure if it’s necessarily fat or lose thick skin? I don’t want a chin inplant more so just a tight side and front profile in the chin to neck area

To tighten that skin a chin implant is helpful because it will give more support to the neck skin.  If not a chin implant, you could get filler in there (e.g. Radiesse) which will strengthen the chin and give you a better jawline.
If you want to only address that area the best choice will be necktite.  This will be a combination of precision liposuction and radiofrequency energy delivered under the skin to melt fat and tighten the tissues.    All of these things are office procedures and you'd be able to drive yourself home in about 1 hour.

From the one very limited photograph, you have fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck, which is the result of your recessive chin profile. Strongly consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck, and to improve your jawline. Liposuction alone could only accomplish removal of the fat deposits above the muscle. A surgical neck lift can address removal of both compartments of fat surgically which includes a platysma plasty which can significantly improve your jawline. Both a neck lift and a chin implant can be performed through one small access incision about an inch long underneath your chin. No skin removal is needed at age 28.
