I had double chin liposuction 10 months ago and wasn’t happy with the result so had a mini lower face/neck lift 4 months ago. There is definitely am improvement in that my neck is much tighter now, however I still have a double chin. What do I need to do to get rid of this completely?

Hi madisonvvl. I don't necessarily see a problem with your neck, esp in the first photo. Horizontal lines can be normal/genetic in nature and no surgery is going to fix that. I don't see much if any extra fat as well. This is a normal appearing neck to me.
