I had double chin liposuction 10 months ago and wasn’t happy with the result so had a mini lower face/neck lift 4 months ago. There is definitely am improvement in that my neck is much tighter now, however I still have a double chin. What do I need to do to get rid of this completely?

Getting a lower face/neck lift under local would make such a huge improvement and only $15,000 roughly.  The minilift you had was just too mini to really address the problem right.

It is likely that you need a "deep" neck lift. In that procedure we go under the muscles of the neck to remove the fat that is bowing your profile.
