How can I fix this?? I’m only 35. Thankfully it’s only visible in certain lighting but it’s very depressing because the rest of my face is aging well. My neck is really bumming me out

We stop actively making collagen in our 20s and people commonly neglect the neck skin when doing their skincare. You absolutely need to work on optimizing your skin. SKin regimen, including going down onto neck, to include at the very basic level: SPF, vit C, retinol, moisturizer. If you haven't already, start looking into radiofrequency microneedling as well, and you may need more than one session. Our neck skin shows aging faster than the face because the skin is thinner/more fragile there (no oil glands) and it is often neglected in our skincare routines. It also looks like you might be starting some early platysmal hypercontraction in which case you could also consider adding some botox to your platysma muscle. Good luck
