Hi, I am on the young side to get this much work, 3but, I really wanted a more defined jaw line. It was fine, nothing anyone would notice as having a double chin or any sagging, at least not yet. But I thought let’s do it before that happens. More than a double chin, which I really didn’t have, I didn’t like the bulges under the right and left side of my jaw. Nothing changed. So I had a chin tuck and platysmal resection. Still no change. No need for before or after, it’s identical, and at 37

Although you can make an argument for performing a deep plane neck lift which would address subplatysmal fat, digastric muscles, and submandibular glands, I think that you should try a medium chin/prejowl implant to start with and see if that does not give you the neck line you are hoping for. ...
Getting a lower face/neck lift under local would make such a huge improvement and only $15,000 roughly. The minilift you had was just too mini to really address the problem right.
Hi madisonvvl. I don't necessarily see a problem with your neck, esp in the first photo. Horizontal lines can be normal/genetic in nature and no surgery is going to fix that. I don't see much if any extra fat as well. This is a normal appearing neck to me.
