I had a MyEllevate procedure with lipo in June of last year. Unfortunately my submandibular glands are quite large and make my face look like it’s sagging. I’m under 100lbs and 33 years old but my face looks like it belongs to a 200lbs 70 old woman from the profile and 3/4 view. I don’t want submandibular excision since it is risky and the injections I know don’t last forever. I was wondering if a chin/jaw filler or implant or a face lift would help.
