Why does my nose look strange & how can I fix it?

Im in my 40s n my nose has recently started looking like this ? I have theories on how, like my maxilla changed n/or my jaw moved, bone loss etc. My whole face looks diff since after i had botox in masseters twice n became a mouth breather .

I am not aware of a relationship between Masseter Botox and a change in either the shape or function of someone's nose. Based on your singular photo, you appear to have an under projected nasal tip appearance, a dorsal hump, and possibly a prominent anterior nasal spine which causes a tension lip deformity. If you are greatly dissatisfied with the appearance and function of your nose, please consider meeting several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what to expect moving forward. You did not specify what specifically bothers you about your nose nor provide a front face view, and many might say that your nose is perfectly fine the way it is. However, If the down-turning of the nasal tip is the issue here, then the simple use of an appropriate HA filler properly injected would elevate the tip and straighten the spine of the nose in profile. The nose is not a place to be left to the hands of a novice filler injector experienced only in injecting ordinary smile lines with simple Juvederm or plain Restylane You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Your nose does not look strange.  You have a dorsal hump and a hanging columella. Both of those issues can be addressed with a closed rhinoplasty. Digital imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure
