Can nasal sill reduction be carried out without rhinoplasty? I recently had septorhinoplasty however my surgeon did not correct this. I would require nasal sill reduction on one nostril as result of injury. What would this procedure involve and can it be done under local anaesthetic? Can I get this done immediately or would I have to wait till my rhinoplasty recovery is complete? What would be the cost of this procedure? Thank you
