Utilizing a clip or other external device to change the shape of your nose may lead to temporary results. Temporary results that last for under an hour. Thank you for your question. I actually am the surgeon that invented the Noseperfect device. It is not intended to shape a non-surgical rhinoplasty, but to help shape and diminish swelling in the post-operative period. I found patients had a difficult time with night taping and it was as effective. The compliance with Noseperfect is very high and patients love wearing it. I hope that answers your question.
