What is the most effective way to do a non-surgical for a pollybeak deformity?

I had two rhinoplasty in past over twenty years ago a surgical rhinoplasty is out off question as cannot go through it or financially .i have had non surgical nose jobs but why it initially looked great and i was thrilled it all seemed to droop into the supratip area and look awful this was during pandemic .he injected into tip first to lift and then build up bridge.im a nurse and was wearing masks everyday so thought it was this .what is the best method?is it possible?
