Do I have a bifid nose, and is there a non-surgical fix? (Photo)

I have a deep indent running down the top of my bulbous nose, and I’ve never seen anyone else with it. It’s getting more prominent with age, and I’m wonder if it can be fixed without surgery, whatever it is.

In our experience, prolonged redness after an injectable filler treatment typically responds well to IPL treatments. If the red line corresponds to an area where you were injected, if you had an ha filler, if you get it dissolved, perhaps the redness might get better. I suspect this situation...
