The reason you are seeing a cleft in between your right tip cartilage and your left hip cartilage is because you have thin nasal skin. This becomes more prominent in age as we lose facial volume. You have had excellent success permanently filling vertical tip indentations like yours with microdroplet Silikon-1000. Nasal clefts are actually not that uncommon. In experienced hands an HA filler can be injected in less than a minute to elevate and smooth them. Since this is an advanced injection technique, you would be wise to seek out a board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Best of luck.

The gap between the cartilages leading to a bifid nose can be filled with a filler or a small cartilage. The process is quick and easy and can be done under local anesthesia.
Cartilage can be obtained from the nasal septum or your ear.
