Is it possible to lower the tip for less collumela show without doing another surgery? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty done April 2024. I am not fully happy with the results. Whenever I see photos of myself, i don’t like how my nose looks and that my columella is lifted. Is there a way to lower it without surgery? Or do i need another revision surgery?
