Can my right breast be revised under local? (Photo)

Question

I had a breast lift with implant replacement and mesh 3.5 months ago, I previously lost 175 lbs so I am pretty pleased with the outcome. My left breast to me is perfect, my right I feel is a little droopier and nipple is slightly lower. Can my nipple be raised a tad on that side and more skin excised from vertical incision if needed under local. First photo is previous implants from 2015 with major drooping right before current surgery.

Yes, most minor revisions can be performed under local anesthesia. I frequently recommend added medications for sedation. This can be provided orally, by injections. or intravenously.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, minor revision can be done under local anesthesia. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Yes, you can revise the right breast under local anesthesia without to much discomfort. This would be a common reason for revision and can be done well with you awake.
Remember, just bc it is local anesthesia doesn't mean you cant take pain or anxiety medications to help during the case. Discuss this with your surgeon but it is very common to have both numbing medications injected and oral pills to also help.

Yes, it is possible to revise the right breast under local anesthesia.  However, as you mentioned, your implants are really too big for your chest wall and will likely droop in the future.

Yes, your nipple can be raised and excise skin can be removed in the office under local anesthesia if you want. You might ask your surgeon for a Xanax prior to surgery and have a driver.
