I had moderate low silicone implants placed, 320cc. The right settled nicely, but the left continues to sit high causing a very uneven appearance. The pocket on the left just seems to end about an inch higher than the right. It makes me very insecure. What are the option to fix this problem.

I would suggest going down to 400 cc's for a cup decrease in size. Each cup is about 150 cc's for most women. Plus, your neck and shoulders with thank you for going smaller.
