What can be done to correct my results? 1 year post op, breast implant revision with mastopexy and capsulorraphy (photos)

Persistent661725
12 months ago I had an implant revision with mastopexy. The results are awful and continue to get worse. The implants float around my chest and slide under my arms. They are low and my sternum is obvious and the chest above the implants is flat and boney. Another doctor said a revision would cost $26000! I am in deep depression and do not know what to do. I feel violated and I can not afford $26,000. I do not want my first doctor to try to 'fix' it. What should I do?
