It’s a tough case because you have very thin skin. Your implants have bottomed out and the skin in the lower portion I of your breasts has stretched out. The skin in the lower portion can be tightened and that will help

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. The inferior incisions could be opened, some excess skin removed, and the inferior pockets could be tightened to help lift the implants. Mesh would be helpful. The lateral pockets could also be tightened to help contain the implants. This should not cost $26,000 and perhaps your surgeon would wave some of the cost. It is worth asking. You do have naturally low sitting breasts and the bases cannot be raised. This is your anatomy.
