Answer: You need surgery but not a lidlift. A lidlift is a blepharoplasty. That is a surgery that removes skin muscle and fat. None of those procedures will address your issues. You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis from a central levator disinsertion. You also demonstrate a compensatory eyebrow elevation and upper eyelid margin lash ptosis. To correct this, I would recommend bilateral anterior levator resection ptosis surgery and anchor blepharoplasty. This will restore the jewel like quality of the eyes and allow the eyebrows to relax to a more natural position. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. Your eyes can be your best feature but you need the right surgery. Save yourself the heartbreak of getting the wrong surgery.

Answer: A skin pinch should do it! Twenty-eight is not too young for a conservative skin pinch of the upper eyelid skin. This involves only removing the excess skin.

Answer: Eyelid lift surgery Thank you for your question. This is Dr. Yoon Sukho, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Korea. We don’t think you’re too young to have eyelid lift surgery. Most people have the surgery around the age of 30. From the photos, it seems that the sagging of the skin has progressed a little, but we recommend that you receive a more detailed face-to-face consultation with an eye plastic surgeon.
