44, looking to eliminate hooded lids - Endoscopic brow lift or upper blepharoplasty? (Photos)

I’m 44 years old and have heard mixed things regarding a brow lift vs upper blepharoplasty. I’m wondering which one will be more beneficial for me? Overall I’m looking to have my eyes look more open, a more defined crease and the hoods gone.

Your photograph is somewhat limited but your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim. You may benefit from a browlift. This will pull up the eyebrows and lower your hairline. I need photographs with your full face to give you a more accurate answer. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

This is a very difficult problem to deal with. It does not appear, at least on this photo, that you have eyelid ptosis but this needs to be confirmed with in-person evaluation. Removal of skin on right eyelid with fat grafting of left would be one of the possibilities? Good luck.

Based on the side photo, it looks like your brow hangs low over your eyelids. This may make a brow lift more suitable.

Based on this photo, you are volume depleted; in other words, you need some fat. This should include cheeks, lateral orbits and superior orbital rim/eyelids. This will require service of a very skilled surgeon with long experience with fat grafting. Good luck.
