Uneven eyelids - can they be made more symmetric? (Photo)

My left eyelid (right side of the photo) looks very different to the right eyelid. It looks flatter and make the eye look really globular. I think the right eye looks much better with the skin folding over. What is the reason for the difference here and is there any way to make them symmetric?

Based on the side photo, it looks like your brow hangs low over your eyelids. This may make a brow lift more suitable.

Based on this photo, you are volume depleted; in other words, you need some fat. This should include cheeks, lateral orbits and superior orbital rim/eyelids. This will require service of a very skilled surgeon with long experience with fat grafting. Good luck.

The first step would be evaluating you for ptosis, which can't be seen in the picture. This is where the upper eyelid edge is too low. Eyelid surgery usually attempts to decrease your eyelid skin hooding not increase it.
