22, female, eyes are downturned and round - What surgery will best suit my desired eye shape? (Photos)

I'm 22 year old female and wondering what surgery I should go with if I wish to make my eyes appear less downturned and round, especially when I smile. I don't like the fact the bulginess can be seen in the form of a wrinkle. It makes my eyes look small I feel. I appear to have too much white showing in the bottom half of my eyes and the outer corners seem to have too much skin, as they make my eyes seem downward facing. I'm not sure whether or not to go with a cat-eye surgery or double bleph. or what fillers I should get to accomplish the look I want- typically less rounded (bulging), less hooded, less downturned and more straight when I smile, more narrow at the bottom (so less white shows), and more upturned in the corners. I'd appreciate the advice as I have not had any surgery before. If it makes a difference, I have spoken with surgeons about getting a nose job but have not committed to anything just yet. Thank you.
