Mid 20's - Best long-term solution for under-eye hollows? (Photos)
I’m in my mid 20s and have mild under-eye hollowness. About a year ago I had under-eye filler and was honestly very happy with the results, it looked natural and solved the shadowing. The effect now has worn off. I’m now trying to decide whether to continue with small maintenance filler treatments every year, or move toward a longer-term solution such as fat repositioning, fat grafting, lower blepharoplasty, PRF/polynucleotides, or another option. I’m feeling overwhelmed because there is so much conflicting information online: some say filler is best and safest, others say avoid filler long-term and do surgery instead. Given someone with mild hollowness who responded well to filler, what would you recommend as the smartest path? Also, I’m curious about “almond eye” / lateral canthopexy / fox-eye type procedures. Based on someone with naturally large round eyes, are these procedures usually worth it, or too risky / unnatural unless medically needed? I’m looking for elegant, subtle improvement —not an obvious operated look.
