Why do nipples hurt after wearing compression garment for 12+ hours?

Hi I had gynecomastia and also Vaser lipo for love handles. I have been wearing compression garments for 2 weeks. The bruises are mostly gone and swelling is getting better. I feel more discomfort, pain after wearing compression for 12+ hours, especially the nipples seem to get hard and hurt. Even the waist hurts after sitting. Is it normal for the compression related discomfort to increase after 2 weeks and is it okay to temporarily remove compression for 3 to 12 hours if discomfort is there?

Thanks for the question. You should be able to flying by after 17 days after your surgery. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened and you should talk about this situation with your surgeon. I wish you all the best.
