Can anything be done to fix my puffy nipples/ (Photos)

This seems to be glandular Gynecomastia. Removing the breast tissue is the only way to reduce that "puffy" nipple appearance. By making an incision along the bottom or the areola, the breast tissue is removed and some liposuction is done in addition to flatten the overall chest. There are many different financing options nowadays that allow patients to pay the procedure off over time and some companies offer little to no interest. Make sure to consult with a Board certified Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon for your procedure and best of luck to you in the future !

Puffy nipples is a form of gynecomastia, unfortunately the only way to treat them is with surgery. Perhaps your parents will help you, otherwise the only non-surgical thing you can do is to wear compression type shirts until you are able to afford surgery. Good luck.

Hi 18teen,Thanks for the post and photos. You do have excess tissue under your areola. There isn't a non-surgical option for the treatment of this, especially if one of your goals is going to the beach. If it is only a matter of wearing certain shirts then the only non surgical option is wearing a compression garment underneath. Unfortunately there is no non-surgical treatment for gynecomastia, and so it does require a small operation.  It is a very embarrassing condition for many males and a lot will go through their whole life feeling self-conscious and thinking that nothing can be done to correct it.  My advice would be to research board-certified plastic surgeons in your area who have a lot of experience in this.  You will learn more about the expectation of results, cost of surgery, etc.  There are financing companies that will allow someone to finance surgery for another individual, and there are other options as well.  Even if you end up having to wait until you can save for the surgery yourself, just be patient and comforted in the knowledge that this is very fixable.  Best of luck!

As per your photograph it does seem you have gynaecomastia and that you would need gynaecomastia surgery in order to remove any excess glandular/breast tissue. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this surgery for more accurate and personalized assessment. Compare cost with various surgeons in your area and ask if they do business with finance companies and compare their rates as well.

It sounds like it is gynecomastia and excision of the tissue and possibly reduction of the areola may be helpful.

That is the g name. Surgery can reduce them. It is highly unlikely that any non surgical treatments will work. 

If the puffiness is caused by excess glandular/breast tissue, no amount of exercise and dieting can make it go away.  Only an excision-based gynecomastia surgery can really address this cosmetic problem.This surgery uses a short incision made precisely at the lower border of the areola, allowing the surgeon to remove the excess breast tissue.  Occasionally, a concurrent liposuction is performed to further sculpt the male chest. Good luck and best wishes.
