I will be having coolsculpting on a very small amount of fat on my lower abs. I work out often. My weight fluctuates 5 lbs between 175 and 180. Is it better to be at my max weight or minimum weight for the best results?

Answer: CoolSculpting Hello, Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting works best on smaller fat cells. The reason being, because more of the fat will be treated in the applicator. So it would be best to treat at your lower rate. Good luck!

Answer: Coolsculpting and Best Weight--For best results, add Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, Zwave, VASER, ThermiRF It's best to be at your most stable weight, but with that amount of difference it won't greatly impact your results. For best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend a combination. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative. Best, Dr. Emer
