After suffer some trauma to my nose, my right nostril has been blocked for years. When I'm alone, I constantly sniff through it forcefully to try to get it to breathe. It doesn't seem like it's damaging the shape of my nose but I'm CONSTANTLY CONSTANTLY sniffing and snorting on my airways to try to get it open. It's dehumanizing, and sometimes I also stick my finger up there to try to get myself to breathe freely. No matter how hard I sniff I can't clear the blockage but I keep trying?
