Should I get surgery to make nose smaller & lips bigger? (Photo)

Your nose isn’t bad but some refinement could be done if you wanted. Your lips are already pretty full so I would not recommend filler.

Based upon the photographs you've submitted, I think that you would be a good candidate for a reduction rhinoplasty to slightly elevate your tip so it does not appear to hang and create a more narrow and upwardly sloped nose. Fillers to the lips can enhance the upper and lower lip and can be done at the same time or as a free standing injection in the office. Good luck with your consultation. I would recommend a board certified facial plastic surgeon who has experience in rhinoplasty surgery.

Based on your photos you seem to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty as well as lip augmentation/shaping with fillers. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or ENT surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.

 In person exam is essentail. Based on posted photos- you appear to be a candidate for Reduction Rhinoplasty preferably performed through a closed technique. In the right, experienced  hands you can expect a very pleasing outcome. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person consultation

Your face looks harmonious at present.Changing your look is not going to add to the beauty of the face. Definitely not the lips being bigger. However if you want to do a conservative narrowing of your nasal tip that could improve the nose.RegardsDr. J

Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly, and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Lip injections with filler can be beneficial also.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Hi, thanks for your photographs. Giving a slight curve to the bridge of the nose as well as refining and the tip will absolutely provide more harmony and balance to your face! Only very conservative changes are necessary. You would be a great candidate for a closed rhinoplasty which is done entirely through internal nasal incisions. The advantage of this is that you will experience less swelling overall and likely heal much faster. Your lips are full as is, but everybody has a different goal of how much plumpness you want to have. A little bit of filler would easily take care of that for you. I'd suggest that you schedule some consultations with facial plastic or plastic surgeons with experience in rhinoplasty. Choose a doctor you feel comfortable with and who understands your aesthetic goals. Good luck!

In terms of your nose, you do have a bulbous tip and a wide alar base, You will likely benefit from a rhinoplasty procedure focusing on tip refinement and alar base reduction. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients.
