How many steroid injections can be given to patient after revision rhinoplasty?

I have had 3 injections total, but I still get puffy, and I was told I still have scar issue. I am almost 1.5 yrs post-op. My nose is still extremely hard and stiff. My tip is puffy too. Is it safe to get another injection, or did I reach the maximum amount of injections?
