How many steroid injections can be given to patient after revision rhinoplasty?

I have had 3 injections total, but I still get puffy, and I was told I still have scar issue. I am almost 1.5 yrs post-op. My nose is still extremely hard and stiff. My tip is puffy too. Is it safe to get another injection, or did I reach the maximum amount of injections?

After rhinoplasty one could have swelling that lasts 12-18 months especially if it was an open procedure. 
You should discuss it with your plastic surgeon

Kenalog is a steroid and carries all steroid related risks in high doses. In the nose very small amounts are used and that makes it safe. As long as the injections are not too frequent and the dose is kept small you can continue for years.RegardsDr. J
