The lower implant is bottoming out some and has a wider lateral pocket as well. This can be corrected with surgery.
Hi there,It really depends on what is causing the asymmetry at this time. I would recommend you seek a consult to assess fully. It is possible that the right side could have some form of capsular contracture. If that implant is harder and less mobile it could be likely. If there is no capsular contracture, you could have your pockets adjusted internally. One pocket opened up and the other closed down slightly. Go back to original surgeon and discussAll the best
