Should I be worried? Can this be fixed?
Answer: Fixed I would recommend an in person evaluation to determine what is happening. This includes examining the underlying breast fold. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast surgery.

Answer: BA results Dear bestuserhere, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Revision Your breasts are wider than the chest wall and mechanically unstable. Your breasts are also asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You would benefit from a circumareola mastopexy with placement of smaller implants. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Internal pocket work Hi there, It really depends on what is causing the asymmetry at this time. I would recommend you seek a consult to assess fully. It is possible that the right side could have some form of capsular contracture. If that implant is harder and less mobile it could be likely. If there is no capsular contracture, you could have your pockets adjusted internally. One pocket opened up and the other closed down slightly. Go back to original surgeon and discuss All the best
