One year post op. Why do my breasts look so weird, is this normal? Can this be fixed? (photo)

I would recommend an in person evaluation to determine what is happening. This includes examining the underlying breast fold. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast surgery.

The lower implant is bottoming out some and has a wider lateral pocket as well. This can be corrected with surgery.
