Is it safe to put filler on top of a chin implant?

Hi! I was wondering is it safe to put filler on top of a Chin inplant? I believe I can use more projection and I do not want to have another surgery. My procedure was completed approximately 10 years ago. Thank you

Filler can be safely injected in the area of a previous facial implant with good sterile technique.  Silicone implants become encapsulated so it is recommended to stay outside the capsule with the injections.

Yes, it can be done. The injecter should stay away from injecting directly onto the implant. Therefore, they must stay in the overlying soft tissue and use vector 90 technic.
