Chin implant removal scar tissue, now fat atrophy after steroid. What do I do?

Hi, I had a chin implant place October 2021. I had it removed Feb 2022. After removal, I was left with a HUGE chin area, and think it's due to a great deal of scar tissue. Steroid injections gave me fat atrophy. Is there another way to get rid of the scar tissue? Could it be cut out surgically? Could I also do saline injections where the fat atrophy is? Would advanced imaging show the scar tissue and the amount of fat atrophy? How do I fix both?

Your situation is far too complex to make an assessment or give it a meaningful recommendation based on your post.
I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with local board-certified, plastic surgeons and board certified oral surgeons in your community to see what they have to say. 
To give a quality recommendation first requires making an accurate assessment. Making an accurate assessment means having quality information and your post is a bit lacking in that regard. At a minimum you need to include all related before and after pictures. If you don’t have those, then you should ask the surgeons who did your procedures to forward the ones they took. While you’re at it, you should also ask them for a copies of the operative reports and progress notes, including the steroid injection treatment.
Continuity of care is generally always best if maintained. Follow up with your provider, and if that does not give you sufficient answers, then consider in person second opinion consultations. For a second opinion consultations, you will need to bring your entire medical record, including all before, and after pictures For the new doctor to make a good assessment. 
Medical records, including before, and after pictures can be obtained by simply asking your providers.
