Hello, 10 years ago I had a silicone, chin, implant put in. I never had any issues. I also would get Botox on my chin every three months because I have “ skin of the orange” bumps on my chin. Recently, I started to have twitching or chin spasms. I thought it was because my Botox was wearing off but it’s been two weeks and my chin is still having spasms and now seems to be puckered. Do you think I may need a chin implant revision as it’s possible to be pushing on a nerve? What else could it be?
