I think you should go back to your provider and have him or her examine your mouth.
There appears to be some inflammation going on.
Oral mucosa is highly vascular and tends to heal well.
If your implant erodes it will not heal and will remain open.
As long as it’s open and can drain it will not cause a systemic infection but also will not heal until the implant is removed.
We can’t really make an assessment based on pictures. Get it checked out by your provider or other plastic surgeons who use intra oral approach for placing implants.
