I did my chin augmentation surgery with Su-Por implant with four screw fixation 1 year ago. Howerver, I can feel the irregular bulging edge of the implant in the right side of my mouth, which worries me a lot. Because the protrusing edge is quite sharp and the mucosa covering the edge was extremely thin, I am afraid that if one day the implant will extrude into my mouth. Please tell me if it is left untreated, whether or not the implant will extrude out or cause chronic irritation or cancer:(
