I’m a 48 year old female who recently removed 550 saline implants and replaced with 320 high profile silicone implants with a lift . My goal was perky firm breast with upper pole fullness. PS recommended those implants . My breast are still saggy with no upper pole fullness at all. Plus one breast has a squared appearance . Is this because I went too small? Do I run them risk of another surgery . I already have one nipple with barely any sensation and I don’t wanna lose the other sensation.
Answer: Breasts Your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and will never be high. However, fat transfer may help give more upper breast fullness. I would not go larger or you will be back with larger and sagging breasts.

Answer: BA results Dear diananick331, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: 320cc, HP - why are my breasts still saggy after lift with implants? Without seeing any before photos and not knowing the N/A distances from sternal notch my opinion is this is a very acceptable result. If you desire slight more lift and tighten appearing breasts than a redo inferior inverted T mastopexy could be offered.

Answer: Breast augmentation Your breasts are beautiful and healing well. You do lack some upper pole fullness, but appear 'natural'. A revision breast lift would cut out significantly more skin and should elevate the breasts making them more round with upper pole fullness. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Breast still droopy Your breasts are attractive. The nipple is not droopy. It is where it should be. The extent of upper pole fullness is very nice, but for some patients deficient. You have the usual lower pole fullness associated with a breast of your size. The thing to understand is that very round upper pole breasts can not be maintained over time with the breast you started with. The "fake" look requires more limited skin in the beginning. I would recommend delaying additional surgery for a few years. After further settling a revision will be needed and at that time tighten the lower pole and use some soft tissue support mesh. Good luck
