Sorry for you post auto accident issues with bilateral ruptured silicone implants. It is now 2024! So need new breasts MRI ASAP. As for surgery, Medicaid reimburses so little that the costs far out weigh the break even points. You must expect paying for the surgery and the facility, anesthesia fees? No one needs to have cosmetic surgery.
Having that procedure is not considered medically necessary. You stated that medical will pay for the removal of your implants so I suggest you do that if you want them removed. If you want augmented breast, then you should expect to pay for that yourself.
I think it is unlikely you’re going to find a plastic surgeon. Interested in augmenting your breast for free.
A lot of plastic surgeons do charity work, but it is usually not for cosmetic purposes.
